How do I get access to my messaging-on-hold files?
Choose the MOH downloads menu on the left. Enter your password and then click on the message download 
you wish to access. You will be prompted to save it to your computer.

How do I get access to my messaging-on-hold scripts?
As above. Click on ‘current script’.

How do I upload the message package to my playback device?
Follow the instructions given under Technical Information.

How long does it take to create a Messaging-on-Hold package?
Typically our organisation can deliver a Messaging- on-Hold Package to your Inbox within 24 hours of your approval of the script. If you are a new client, allow approximately a week for installation.

We can hear the messages playing from the player…
Turn the ‘Audio’ spindle on the front of the player fully anticlockwise until no sound is heard.
 

The messages are very loud on the phone lines.

Adjust the ‘MOH Output’ spindle at the rear of the unit (same side as the plugs) as required.

We can’t hear the messages at all on the phone lines.
Check that the power supply is plugged in and that the ‘Power’ LED on the front of the unit is lit.
Check that the ‘MOH Output’ spindle at the rear of the unit is adjusted to an appropriate level
